1. to be a member of local alumni Association is to be a member of the National Alumni Association.
2. A record-keeping system to keep track of APO brothers as they graduate (example EU -- IBM cards)
3. to promote leadership, fellowship, and service.
4. Experience of chapters in working with their alumni independently of national:
   
   1. Kappa Omicron -- newsletters to alumni telling of current chapter and alumni activities.
   2. Delta Sigma -- lists of alumni's not up to date creates a problem
5. Chair requests a list of all alumni APO brothers with addresses, schools and other pertinent information
6. Alumni Association will help chapters: the chapter should however wait to hear from the alumni association after submitting aforementioned number five lists.
7. Suggestions for completing the less
   1. contacting Brothers (alumni) who have returned for regular school sponsored events (such as homecoming weekend)
   2. from administrative officials of school
   3. verify current addresses through use of Social Security numbers
8. Alumni Association helps in community and state in terms of their service scope.
9. National Alumni office could send a suggestion list of relevant services projects to the various locals or state Alumni Associations.
